A foldable, lightweight stool made from recycled cardboard. The structure explores how interlocking parts can be designed to fold to create stability and strength while maintaining ease of assembly and transportation. The stool can be quickly folded flat, making it highly portable and space-efficient, aligning with principles of sustainable and temporary living solutions.

Contribution to Development

Through this project, I learned how to design modular, folding parts and delved into understanding how human weight distribution and overall durability affects the overall structure and design. The process involved experimenting with different folding patterns and joint details to achieve both structural integrity, visual pleasing design and ease of use and transportation.
